Happy Holidays from Beam Global – Building Momentum for 2026

As we close out the year and enter the holiday season, we want to take a moment to thank you for being part of the Beam Global community!
Throughout the year, Beam Global delivered several important milestones that strengthened our foundation for long-term growth. We expanded our international footprint through the creation of Beam Middle East a joint venture with the Platinum Group, one of the Middle East’s most influential conglomerates. Beam Middle East will introduce our innovative solutions to a region expected to invest more than $1 trillion over the next decade in sustainable infrastructure. A notable early success from this expansion was the deployment of BeamWell™ for the Royal Jordanian Army in Zarqa, Jordan, highlighting the growing global demand for resilient, off-grid infrastructure. We now also have EV ARC™ and BeamBike™ deployments in the Emirates. In parallel, Beam Europe continued to perform strongly, with new deployments across the region, the addition of new reseller partners, and continued momentum from its established infrastructure business, all contributing meaningfully to our revenue.
We also broadened our smart city and micro-mobility portfolio, highlighted by our strategic partnership with Benzina Zero, which enabled the successful manufacturing of Beam-branded BeamBike™s and deployments across municipal and campus environments. Additional orders from our new and expanded product portfolio include the recent BeamPatrol™ installation for the Sweetwater, Florida Police Department demonstrating the versatility of our platform for public safety and fleet electrification. On the energy storage and security side, we significantly advanced our battery technologies through new customer wins and strategic programs, including our partnership with underwater drone innovator, UK based Ray Systems, while continuing to strengthen and protect our intellectual property with additional patents.
While a challenging year, we believe the groundwork laid in 2025 positions Beam Global for a very strong 2026 and beyond, and we are extremely enthusiastic about the opportunities ahead. We attacked the year with vigor and adaptability, and we believe these efforts will translate into long-term success.
