U.S. based Beam Global Acquired Serbian based Amiga DOOLive Signing Ceremony Marks Transformative Milestone
The official signing ceremony of the acquisition agreement between U.S. based Beam Global and Serbian based Amiga DOO took place on October 6th, at 2:00 PM CEST. This marked a transformative milestone in the company’s expansion into Europe and started a new era for the clean energy segment.
Beam Global is a clean technology innovator providing sustainable products and technologies for electric vehicle (EV) charging, energy storage and energy security. Serbian based Amiga DOO is an established manufacturer of specialized infrastructure and equipment serving commercial and government entities in 16 nations. Through this venture, Beam Global will manufacture and perfect its current flagship EV ARC™ product line for the European market. Combining design, engineering and manufacturing talents of both companies creates new teams that are strategically positioned to bring Beam Global’s patented EV Standard™ streetlight charging and future products to global markets.
For the local community, this represents a significant step forward in embracing and promoting the principles of a green economy.
