Envision Solar Completes Successful Testing of ARC Mobility™

Custom Transportation Solution, ARC Mobility™, for EV ARC™ Model Deployment

SAN DIEGO, CALIF. February 19, 2015 – Envision Solar International, Inc., (OTCQB: EVSI) (“Envision Solar,” or the “Company”), the leading renewable energy Media and Branding, and EV charging product company, announced today that it has Successfully deployed its autonomous, solar-powered EV charging station, the EV ARC™ in minutes and without using any specialized equipment except the new EV ARC™ ARC Mobility™ transportation system.

EV ARC on ARC Mobility Transportation SystemARC Mobility™ is a custom trailer that tows, like a boat trailer, behind a pickup truck. The EV ARC™ units are attached to the trailer at Envision’s manufacturing facility in San Diego and from there transported to the customer location. Upon arriving at the location the EV ARC™ is “parked” in a pre-selected parking space while the ARC Mobility™ trailer returns to Envision’s facility to pick up the next EV ARC™ for delivery. There are no other equipment requirements and the delivery is conducted by an operator whose only required skill set is the ability to park a trailer. View a video of the ARC Mobility™.

ARC Mobility™ was invented, engineered and fabricated in Envision Solar’s new facility in San Diego, California where the company employs a diverse workforce including the disabled, US Marine Corps combat veterans and women employed in traditionally male-dominated positions.

“We are currently producing volumes of EV ARCs and Solar Trees for ten separate customers who are in different regions of the country and our order book is more active than ever in our history,” said Desmond Wheatley, CEO of Envision Solar. “Having a highly efficient delivery system which we control has already saved us money and time on this first delivery. EV ARC was already the fastest deployed EV charger in the industry and now our customers will benefit from even greater speeds of deployment while we increase our margins as a result of this new product”.

Envision Solar is producing EV ARC™, Solar Tree® and ARC Mobility™ products at the Company’s new facility in San Diego, California.

The California Air Resources Board recently stated that a complete “transition to zero- and near-zero emission technologies is necessary to meet 2023 and 2032 air quality standards and 2050 climate goals”. This means millions of electric vehicles and billions of dollars worth of EV charging infrastructure must be sold. The EV ARC™ is the only off-grid, transportable, solar-powered EV charger available today and with the addition of ARC™ Mobility it now beats its own previous records for speed and ease of deployment.
