Envision Solar Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock
SAN DIEGO, CALIF. – July 1 2020 – Envision Solar International, Inc., (Nasdaq: EVSI, EVSIW) (“Envision Solar,” or the “Company”), a producer of unique and sustainable infrastructure products for electric vehicle charging, energy security and outdoor media, today announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
Maxim Group LLC is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
The public offering is being made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 that was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on May 26, 2020 and declared effective on June 4, 2020.
