Telecommunication Towers

Lattice Towers

The production of lattice transmission towers for power lines up to 110 kV, as well as polygonal transmission poles for 35 kV and 110 kV networks and railway overhead line structures, is an integral part of our manufacturing program.

We produce a wide range of lattice towers for transmission lines of all voltage levels. All structures feature a modular, bolted design constructed from seamless steel tubes. The use of heavy-wall seamless tubes and polygonal steel profiles instead of conventional angle sections significantly enhances both the structural performance and visual appearance of the towers, resulting in a modern design while reducing weight and simplifying installation in demanding environments.

Our lattice towers are available with:

Triangular cross-section
Square (four-legged) cross-section

Premium Materials – Manufactured from a combination of rolled steel profiles, high-strength seamless steel tubes, and premium structural steel, ensuring exceptional wind resistance and long service life.
Modular Construction – Fully bolted, modular design enables economical transportation, rapid installation, and easy maintenance, even in remote or difficult-to-access locations.

Spider-Style Guyed Towers

Optimized for maximum height and cost efficiency, our Spider-Style Guyed Towers provide an economical solution for long-range telecommunications. Their stability is achieved through a system of high-strength galvanized steel guy wires rather than a wide self-supporting base.

This design results in exceptionally lightweight structures while maintaining outstanding structural stability, making them ideal for applications where height and cost efficiency are key considerations.

Key Advantages:
- Cost-effective solution for very tall telecommunications towers.
- Lightweight construction with reduced material consumption.
- High structural stability provided by engineered guy-wire systems.
- Ideal for installations exceeding 60 metres, where self-supporting towers become significantly heavier and more expensive.
