We are pleased to announce Matt Bianco will be speaking at the 2024 Energy Exchange on Tuesday, March 26th from 10:30-12 PM EST.

Matt will be discussing:

  • Track 3 – Meeting Zero Emission Vehicle Goals.
  • Session 1 – Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEV) 101 – Intro to ZEV Fleet Transition Basics and Terminology.

Matt Bianco is President of FedWay Consulting. FedWay is based in the DC metro area. Matt has worked on various technologies with Federal Agencies dating back to 2003. He started with business process software solutions then went into Cybersecurity until he worked for ChargePoint from 2014-2019. With ChargePoint Matt handled all the federal accounts and federal programs. Matt has become an industry thought leader and key part of starting these programs with over 100 Military, Civilian and Intelligence Agencies.

Since 2019, Matt has worked independently and assists federal agencies with the implementation of EV charging technology. His work includes matching appropriate hardware (like ChargePoint) with the appropriate approach to the installation of these stations. This would be on-grid make-ready work, off-grid solar options (like the Beam Global EV ARC), microgrid setups, among others. Matt supports ChargePoint and it’s GSA partners, Beam Global, various GC’s, EC’s, etcand others to bring a complete solution to any type of EVSE project.

Matt has worked closely with the GSA Office of Fleet on three Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA’s) dating back to 2014. The first two in support of EO #13693 to “green” the fleet and the latest in support of EO #14057 Catalyzing Clean Energy Industries and Jobs Through Federal Sustainability.

Matt has implemented stations/programs for Agencies for both Fleet EV’s-Government Owned Vehicles (GOV) and Personally Owned Vehicles (POV) on Federal sites and has become a thought leader on the implementation of EV charging stations/programs that align with FAST Act. He also has been heavily involved in the requirement for EV charging technology to be FedRAMP compliant.”
